Suspected DUI driver in Jeep Wrangler rear-ended a blue Ford Fiesta that was stopped on the right shoulder. Momentum of the high-speed crash a carried the two vehicles from the right shoulder to the center median with both vehicles facing the wrong directions.

Family member of victims told CBS Chicago that the force of the crash caused one victim to be ejected from the Ford Fiesta while breaking the seat belt.
